Leon Fiacco is a lifelong resident of legislative District 2, which includes the towns of East Greenbush, North Greenbush and Poestenkill. He and his wife Dena call North Greenbush home, and are raising a young son, Luciano, and daughter, Gianna, and educating them in the East Greenbush school district. The Fiaccos are proud to have family and close friends living in each of the communities of legislative District 2.

Leon is well-known as an owner and operator of the popular Wynantskill Beverage Mart, located on busy Main Avenue in Wynantskill. Leon, his father Leon Sr., and brother Bill founded the Beverage Mart. Together, they pride themselves on customer service and support for many community and charitable activities in legislative District 2.

Along with running the Beverage Mart, Leon teamed up with his wife Dena to establish Bella Moda on Route 4, and the salon and spa continue to grow three years after opening. The Fiacco family also manages other properties where local businesses are based and have created, or been involved, in the creation of dozens of jobs over the years.

Leon’s leadership skills have been recognized with appointments to represent the Rensselaer County as a member of the important Capital District Regional Planning Commission, as a member of the county Environmental Management Council and a member of the Comprehensive Planning Committee in the Town of North Greenbush. The Regional Planning Commission seeks and supports grants for the counties of Rensselaer, Albany, Schenectady and Saratoga, and helps with planning for transportation and water and sewer services.
